Best Medica is a healthcare provider that needed a website worthy of the care they deliver. We redesigned and rebuilt their site on Webflow, covering design, development, and SEO/AEO, to turn visitors into booked patients.

Best Medica came to us with an old WordPress site that was holding the business back in almost every way. Page speed was painfully slow, some pages took several seconds just to load, which meant potential patients were bouncing before the site even finished rendering. The backend was equally fragile: every new page, service, more plugins, and more risk of something breaking.
SEO had been an afterthought from day one. Pages weren't structured for search engines to understand, metadata was inconsistent or missing, and there was no real content strategy behind any of it. AEO wasn't even part of the conversation, which meant Best Medica was invisible to the growing number of people asking AI assistants to find them a doctor, clinic, or specialist near them.
On top of the technical debt, Best Medica needed to scale fast. The existing site had around 40 pages, but the business plan called for expansion across dozens of specialties, eventually requiring 500+ pages. WordPress simply wasn't built to handle that kind of growth without turning into an unmanageable mess of templates, custom fields, and manual updates.
We moved Best Medica off WordPress entirely and rebuilt the site on Webflow, using a structured, component based system designed for scale from day one. Instead of manually building each page, we created reusable templates and a CMS structure that lets new service pages get created in minutes, not days, without touching design or code.
Performance was rebuilt from the ground up. Clean code, optimized assets, and Webflow's hosting infrastructure brought load times down dramatically, which meant fewer visitors bouncing and more of them actually sticking around long enough to book.
On the SEO side, we implemented proper technical structure across every template: clean URLs, structured metadata, semantic heading hierarchy, and internal linking that scales automatically as new pages get added. For AEO, we structured content so AI assistants and answer engines can actually parse and surface Best Medica when people ask for care in their area, something that simply didn't exist before.
The result is a site that went from 40 pages to a system built to comfortably support 500+, without sacrificing speed, structure, or the ability to actually be found, by search engines, AI assistants, or the patients Best Medica exists to serve.
